What do Civil Engineers do? They plan, assist with finance, design, implement and maintain every major aspect of the built environment and its infrastructure provisions from water and energy supplies, flood and coastal defences, waste and waste water management, to every aspect of transport from highways, rail and tram ways to ports and airports and including municipal engineering, with developments residential and commercial of all types including urban regeneration.
